Tanto Santo

In one of the aisles of Plaza Santo Tomás, you can find a real gem: Tanto Santo. Wood-fired pizzas, with seasonal flavors according to the ingredients offered by the land, the countryside or the sea. Made with a delicious base of sourdough bread, alive and that goes down well in the stomach due to its natural fermentation process.

The talented Tania Livier, founder and renowned chef of the region, has once again surprised us with this proposal so charming and delicious to the palate. From her small kitchen, you can try pizzas, salads and a special brunch menu served on weekends.

You can bring your wine of the region to uncork, ideal to enjoy as a couple, with friends or even for a date alone, in a super warm atmosphere, which by the architecture and decoration of the place, transports you to another era. Located in the heart of Ensenada, where a lot of history has been written since 1888, being the old Santo Tomás winery: the first commercial wine cellar in Baja California and Mexico.

Tania and her team will offer you excellent service and if you have any questions, they will kindly explain more about their seasonal pizzas and ingredients. This is not only a recommendation, it is a reminder of a place that cannot be missing in your list of places to visit.
