Inside the iconic Hacienda Guadalupe in the heart of the Guadalupe Valley, you will find Vinos Melchum, a winery with one of the most beautiful views in the entire region. A 100% family business that has been living the dream of producing its own wine since 2009, and 4 years ago the brand Vinos Melchum was officially born.
They call themselves creators of casual wines, to be enjoyed on a daily basis, without great complexity, adapted to the Mexican palate and to anyone who is new to the world of wine. That is the reason why at the moment they only plant the most iconic and popular varietals, such as those found in the main wine regions, like Nebbiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo.
Winemaker Daniel Lonnberg has been responsible for bringing several international medals to the winery that you can enjoy in their variety of tastings: Basic, Melchum Line, Complete, Chocolate Pairing and VIP.
The Hacienda Guadalupe Group consists of a hotel, two restaurants, winery and vineyards, a complete package to live a great experience among the beauty of nature and its buildings. You will find on the second floor of their winery, a unique and truly beautiful tasting room: with a French salon style between large windows with a sense of peace and sophistication that floods the room. As they told us, unlike what is customary in the Valle de Guadalupe, by preserving the rustic touch in all areas, they sought to do something completely different by designing this beautiful all-white tasting room.
