There is no doubt that in #Baja there is a lot of talent, native but also that which we gladly receive from other parts of the country and even the world.
Such is the case of chef Iker Turcott, a true talent in the kitchen. Coming from Mexico City, he fell in love with our land and decided to stay and found his restaurant “La Doble TT Cocina Sabrosa”. And he lives up to his name!
In a carefree, comfortable and rustic atmosphere, where the only thing that matters is to eat and drink well, Iker will welcome you with a big smile, uncorking a delicious wine of the ones they make at home (the very same Kruger Wines, which we’ll tell you about later ?). He will ask you if you want something from the menu or if you prefer him to guide you and definitely, the latter is the best option ?.
You’ll be able to try fresh seafood, like ceviches, aguachile, cured fish tiradito like the one we were fortunate enough to try… to something more consistent like some well, but well done ribs.
