There is a doctor that besides giving you life, fills your stomach… they say he is the famous Dr. Pizza who comes to visit from Mexico City to Ensenada to do his thing.
If there is something common… it is the pizzerias. If there is something unique, it is Dr. Pizza’s proposal to offer you delicious recipes with tomatoes brought from Italy to make a sauce like what it should taste like, with rested dough to make it taste good, the best ingredients and all that, wood-fired to enjoy a crispy pizza on the outside and soft on the inside, with all the flavor you deserve to taste sometime in your life.
A concept founded among friends, who just wanted to bring good pizza to the port and of course, in front of the sea to have the whole #Baja experience.
With antique red chairs from some auditorium, with its representative poster of David Bowie in each branch, black and white patterns, Dr. Pizza has a very defined personality and a varied menu not only of pizzas, but entrees and dishes that you will surely love. Tip: don’t miss the roasted cauliflower and the Dr. Bloom.
