Astillero 10, like many of the local businesses, arises from a dream and that of many chefs: to found a restaurant of their own. And it is here where chef Alberto Ayala made it come true, in a Gastrobar next to the beach, with the style of cuisine he is most passionate about.
Alberto worked at Arsénico (Cuatro Cuatros), Fuego, taught at the Culinary Art School, among others, experience that led him to develop and capture a bit of his essence in each dish.
In Astillero 10 the product is given prominence, especially seafood, which is abundant in our region and is recognized for its international quality. Therefore, you will find a menu that changes according to the season and that you can accompany with their house beer, Maraña, a delicious Cream Ale (yes, created especially for them and ideal to pair and go well with all their dishes).
Every Thursday, Chef Alberto Ayala opens the doors of his kitchen to invite some of his friends to explore and share new flavors together. On the day of our visit, the guest was Chef Oliver from @sekirestaurante, who took control of the grill and delighted us with a delicious roasted octopus tostada.
Located in Plaza Contenedores in the Playa Hermosa area, this place brings together that #Baja essence that we love so much: sea, eating and drinking delicious food, fresh produce, relaxed atmosphere and having a good time among good friends.
